How Living In A Condo In Bangkok Can Drastically Improve Your Health & Fitness

You should never underestimate the way in which where you live—and indeed the type of accommodation you live in—can influence your life. Our home shapes us in more ways than you can imagine, which is why you should always put great thought into your next home, whether renting or buying.

One such example is how we believe that living in a condo in Bangkok can actually improve your health & fitness! Is it all just pie in the sky? Or do we have some excellent points to back up such a bold statement? There’s only one way to find out…

Living in the same building as a fitness studio can’t hurt

The first and obvious benefit of living in a condominium in Bangkok is the fact that the large majority of the accommodations have their own onsite fitness studios. So, rather than having to sign up for a monthly gym membership and commute halfway across Bangkok just to get a few rounds of weights in, you can simply head to the fitness studio in the very same building your home is.

It’s pretty difficult to make excuses when your fully-stocked gym is quite literally two floors above you!

Having free access to a swimming pool isn’t bad either

Many people often dream of having their own swimming pool and renting a condo in Bangkok is one of the ways in which you can achieve it! And the best part? You don’t have to invest tens of thousands of dollars – nor do you need to worry about cleaning or maintaining it.

Most condos in Bangkok, such as Life One Wireless, boast access to a wonderful shared swimming pool. Sure, you won’t always have it all to yourself, but you can enjoy a daily swim and get some much needed fitness in, for free!

We heard saunas & steam rooms have some amazing health benefits

Not all condos in Bangkok have saunas and steam rooms, but if you can’t get yourself moved into one, you can enjoy the health benefits that they provide – for free. Can’t hurt, can it?

Thailand is renowned for its amazing cuisine

Eating healthily is great for your well-being, there’s no doubt about it. Fortunately, most quality condos will have stocked kitchens with all of the utilities you could need to cook regularly, however, Bangkok has plenty of affordable food on offer as well. In fact, wherever you choose to live in Bangkok, we can almost guarantee that you’ll have plenty of local Thai food stalls within a short walking distance. This is amazing because not only is Thai food traditionally healthier than most Western dishes, but significantly cheaper! You can tighten your belt in every sense of the phrase.
